With the Deferred Payment Plan, a US $400 deposit for hotel only bookings, and a US $1500 deposit
for air/hotel packages (plus any extra items ex: travel insurance, spa treatments, etc) are due at time of booking. Final Payment is due 45 days prior to arrival and the credit card provided for the initial payment
will be used to charge the amount due.

You must book your trip at least 180 days prior to arrival. 30 days after your deposit payment, an additional US $100 will be charged to your card automatically. This process will be repeated each month until approximately 45 days prior to your arrival when the final remaining balance is due.

All Deferred Payment plans require the full amount due 45 days prior to arrival. The credit card that was used for the initial payment(s) will automatically be charged any balance due. An email notification will be delivered approximately 48 hours prior to every charge processed by Issa Hotels and Resorts or Island Romance Holidays, Inc.

Additional options such as travel insurance, spa treatments, etc. must be paid in full with the first initial deposit.

Things come up - we understand. When you or your travel agent book directly with couples.com or
1-800-COUPLES, if you cancel your trip outside of 45 days prior to your arrival you will not be subject to any penalties. In fact, you will receive a full refund. So rest assured that if for some reason you are not able to take your Couples Resorts vacation and you cancel 46 days or more, prior to your arrival you will not be penalized, a full refund of your payment will be returned to you.

We want to make sure you’re getting the best deal possible - and that’s why we’re offering the Best Deal Guarantee**. If Couples Resorts offers a better deal during your confirmed travel dates we will authorize a change in your reservation to accommodate the better deal-without penalty. All you have to do is request
the change with your travel agent or call 1-800-COUPLES and we will apply the best deal to your reservation.

(IMPORTANT: Change must be made at least 46 days or more prior to your arrival.  Changes made within 45 days will be subject to normal cancellation penalties).

Couples Resorts is not responsible for airline unconfirmed segments. If such situation arises Couples Resorts reservation staff will work with the guest and the airline representative to resolve the issue. If an alternative flight and pricing is not acceptable the airline ticket will not be issued and collected payment will be refunded. There is a short delay between the time the booking is made online credit card charged and airline ticket is issued. Some airlines may require instant purchase. In some very rare occasions airfare may increase between the time the booking transaction was completed and the airline ticket is actually issued. Couples Resorts is not responsible for airline fare increase. If such situation arises Couples Resorts will try to negotiate rate adjustment however, if unsuccessful guest will be contacted and advised that guest may pay for the fare increase or cancel the booking. In this case, the airline ticket will not be issued and collected money will be refunded.

NON-PAYMENT: In the event a credit card is declined an email notification will be sent. If Couples Resorts is unable to collect the payment, the airline ticket will not be issued and the reservation will be cancelled. If during that time the airfare rate expires Couples Resorts is not responsible for eventual rate increase.
