At Couples Sans Souci they have
lowered the minimum number for group bookings! Book 8 double
occupancy rooms and receive the 9th free of charge. If
booking with a bridal party, the bride and groom will
automatically be upgraded to the Honeymoon Suite.

Complimentary Honeymoon Suite is offered for the
number of night's equivalent to the least number of
nights booked by a couple in the group. (Ex. if 7
couples are staying 5 nights and 1 couple is staying 3
nights, the bride and groom will receive the Honeymoon
Suite free of charge for 3 nights. The remaining nights
of their stay will be charged at the rate of the minimum
category booked within the group).
Other complimentary room(s) will be based on the
least expensive value of the room within the group block
(does not apply to black out periods or holiday travel).
*A minimum of 3 nights stay is required to receive the
group-booking discount and complimentary rooms.
*A group contract must be signed with the Couples
Resorts groups department to receive complimentary
rooms.
*Group rates are quoted in NET US Dollars.
*Single occupancy rooms are limited to 5% of the
group total.
*Individual guest reservations may not be converted
to a group once the individual reservation is made.
*There is an administration processing fee of USD $75
for each complimentary room.
Group Payment Policy
A 10% non-refundable deposit and signed contract are
required to confirm space.
An additional 40% deposit is due 120 days prior to
the group's arrival.
The remaining 50% of the total group amount must be
received no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A
rooming list and flight details are also required at
this time.

Group Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will
result in a forfeiture of the 10% deposit.
Cancellations between 60-45 days prior to arrival
will incur a 50% penalty.
Cancellations within 45days of arrival will result
in 100% cancellation penalty.
