*Complimentary room(s) will be based on the lowest category and least number of nights. Each complimentary room will be subject to a $75 administration fee.

Group Reservations

The quoted group rate will be the most current published rate in US dollars; a deposit and signed contract must be received within 7 days of the booking. Single occupancy rooms are limited to 5% of the group total. A minimum of 3 nights stay is required to receive complimentary rooms ($75 administrative fee is required for each room). A group reservation cannot exceed 50 rooms at Couples Tower Isle, Couples Swept Away and Couples Negril; 40 rooms per group is the maximum allowed at Sans Souci. Requests for additional rooms must be approved by Couples Resorts.

• If the group reservation falls below 10 rooms, more than 45 days of arrival date and full payment has not yet been made, any complimentary room(s) will be lost.
• All change requests must be submitted in writing to the Group coordinator, who must in turn forward a revised contract.
• Accommodations and rates are not guaranteed until a signed contract and initial deposit are received in Groups department.

GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of the 10% deposit.
• Cancellations between 59-46 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% penalty.
• Cancellations within 45 days of arrival will result in 100% cancellation penalty.

10 - 20 Group Rooms

• 121 days or more prior to arrival — $500 penalty
• 120 to 46 days prior to arrival — 10% penalty of the total group amount
• 45 days or less prior to arrival — 100% penalty of the total group amount

21+ Group Rooms

• 121 days or more prior to arrival — $500 penalty at CTI and CSS only
• 120 to 91 days prior to arrival — 10% of the total group amount at CNG and CSA
• 90 to 46 days prior to arrival — 50% penalty of the total group amount
• Within 45 days or less prior to arrival — 100%

* If group is booking during Dec. 26 - Jan. 1 and Feb 12-26 and, then 21+ group policies apply.

GROUP BLACKOUT DATES

No blackout dates apply for groups. However, no complimentary rooms are offered, regardless of number of rooms, for 12/26 - 1/1, 2/12 - 2/26. If group is booking during these dates they must apply to 21+ group contract policies.

GROUP PAYMENT POLICY

A $500 non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to confirm space.

GROUP CELEBRATIONS

To allow flexibility for a wedding party or other group celebration, we offer premium group services, without the pressure of a contract, deposit or cancellation. Any tour operator or TA booking will apply.

After making the bride/groom reservation, contact a Couples preferred travel agency or our Group Travel Coordinator to receive your CELEBRATIONS number and notification of the online self registration site. You will then gain access to the honeymoon / wedding registry and even create your personal 'Couples' website. Reservations made by your other guests will be tracked by our Group Travel Coordinator; forty-five days prior to the event, your group size will be determined and your special gift from Couples Resorts will be presented (awarded to a group size of 10 reservations). In addition to your wedding package, a 'group celebration' reservation will entitle you to $500 in resort credits (to be applied to any incidentals, except non-inclusive tours) and a 3 night return stay for travel up to eighteen months (holiday black-out dates may apply).

*There are no complimentary rooms for CELEBRATIONS groups. To receive the one complimentary room for 10 paid rooms, a group contract needs to be signed and subsequent deposits and rules would apply.
