Thread: AN beach sounds great - what about the water?

As I understand it, the AN beach is essentially part of a larger public beach/access area. Is one simply able to walk down to the water for a dip or this this discouraged for fear of upsetting others? It would seem rather silly to be able to sunbathe nude but not be able to "bathe bathe" in the warm Caribbean ocean.

I'm guessing you're talking about Couples Negril. If so you can swim AN in the ocean no problem. There are many styles of going in. Some use floaties as a shield, some look for a break in the traffic and others just walk in. It's all what you're comfortable with.

Yeah, I was talking about Couples Negril ... wasn't so worried about my comfort. I mean once you're naked "in public" as it were does it really matter who sees you? I don't think so - I just don't want to cause a stir with those who would rather not see us nekid folks and have some sort of complaint registered.

Now convincing the wife that she really shouldn't have a care -- well, perhaps that where some of that liquid courage becomes involved...

It's a bit of a hassle, but you can put your swimsuits on and head into the water if you want to. What you do with the suits while in the water is up to you, but there's nothing stopping you from putting your suits on for the walk into the water, and then back out.

Just don't forget to take them back off again once you hit your chairs.

Lots of people walk into the water nude at CN. some people from clothed side watch but its not a big deal.

All the times I've been there I've never seen anyone do this.....the more modest ones use the floaties but most of us just walk in....no big deal

I just wrapped my floatie around my body to walk in and out. Not a big deal at all.
