I tried to look up the review under his name, but it doesn't show the review.

I am glad that it is gone so that people who have never been to CSS are not tainted with his lies. I didn't realize that TA would remove invalid postings. Glad to hear that.

I reported it to TA as an offensive posting. I think others might have done the same . We are off to CSS to get married next weekend and I didn't want anything in bad taste to spoil our pre-trip vibe !

Wow some people can be so rude but its good to hear that there are so many that will stand up for the rules. Now I have a question becasue I have only been to the island at CTI and dont know what the AN beach is like at the others. Is there plenty of space? Is it sorta secluded or right on the main beaches? The husband and I were'nt sure if it was for us but we were both hooked

Sunset Beach at CSS is separated by a small penisula from the main beach. No one from the main beach can see SSB until they come over at 5 for the sunset. However, the White River empties at the beach, so there are local fishermen coming and going as well as a public beach across the river from SSB. When we go in July there are a lot of children there, so not our cup of tea. This last trip, there were also jet skis running out front in the ocean and water sports bringing over water skiers to take off from the beach.

CN's beach is separated from CN's main beach the other resort's beach by a hedge. However, it is fronted by the public walkway at waters edge and building 9 at the back.

    We love CTI!

This is been our experience in our 5 trips to SSB that the fisherman have never been a problem. Yes they do cut down the river in front of SSB but they do this for a living and have been by some many times over the years they pay no attention to the people on SSB and could care less.

As for the lots kids playing on the public beach near SSB. It’s been our experience that the children are around corner on other side of the river and down the beach. This is also on the other side of the vegetation blocking view of pool and bar areas. I suppose that if you were down on the beach the children could see you just like the people on the beach at TI could see you on the island. Also there is not always children play on the beach, I think only once or twice in 5 trips.

Also keep in mind that the river constantly changes from year to year depending storms, tide changes etc. Really it’s not that big of a deal. I suggest that while at TI use your exchange privilege and come over to SSB for the day in enjoy its beauty and judge for yourself. Also if you do some search on Jeffmon he has some previous posts and a picture portfolio of SSB (taken early in the morning when no one was there, of course) it gives you wonder pictorial of SSB and how private it really is.
