The bartender asked them (her) politely to disrobe and she did, but didn't come back. That's ok. Au Naturel is not for everyone and that's OK. But it shouldn't be OK for one spouse to pressure the other to do something s/he doesn't feel comfortable with and thereby risk making others in their presence uncomfortable.

As for time of the month... as a woman, I will reiterate that there are many options. I will be happy to answer private messages on this matter if anyone wants more details.
Improv, how do you send a private message? I would like to ask a couple of questions. Thanks!!

    Hello,
There was a great and very helpful thread on this subject titled: "Question for the women guys do not enter its not something u want to hear" I wasn't able to post the link but if you enter the title as a thread search hopefully it will take you to the right thread.

    One love,

We've had Aunt Flo tagging along with us on both of our Couples trips (imagine my luck) and we went A/N both times and tucking the string is the easiest thing to do.

Someone in another post said something about wearing a sarong up to the bar...that's perfectly fine in a nudist environment especially if there are stools/seats. It's also fine (in my book) to wear a towel around your waist again especially if you're going to be sitting somewhere. I'm far from a germaphobe but when you're naked ALWAYS SIT ON A TOWEL.

Kind of like a former smoker is the biggest "non-smoker" a new nudest is the biggest proponent, I figure if we can get up the gumption to try it then everyone else can. Be naked or be gone. Once I have a few drinks to get over the hedge, I'll need a few more to relax and not worry about those bottom wearers.

My 2 cents also. Isn't it funny that because that woman kept her bottoms on... everyone noticed her... Had she just taken them off, she would have blended in with everyone else and nobody would have noticed or cared... Even at her "Time" Nude is nude, anything different compromises the whole experience. I know that most couples on this MB would never go if it were anything but A/N.

In answer to the guy when he asked who complained in a loud voice, I would have spoken up - but that's just me..... I would have told him politely but firmly in equally loud voice (well maybe not quite so LOUD knowing his type): "Who knows? Maybe everyone. Maybe no one and the staff is just doing their job, which unfortunately you are making more difficult for them. It doesn't matter, the point is the rules are clear and it is not an option. Maybe you misunderstood the rules at first but you were told yesterday and yet you came back again today to deliberately break the rules. So why are you complaining?" He was just trying to save face because he got called on it even though he knew he was in the wrong. I don't like that kind of attitude. Don't try to push off your embarrasment at being caught at anything on someone else. In fact to be honest if I had complained I would also have told him that. I agree on the precedent setting issue too, so when we make our first trip to Couples I trust the rules will have remained intact. (I am sure they will :-)

Just a belated update. When I was at CN a few weeks ago there was yet again another woman who kept her bathing suit bottoms on. She even put her bathing suit on to go in the water. This time, however, security came over and told her she had to go nude or go home... well maybe not those exact words, but you get the idea. What would happen if a couple went to the a/n beach and the man decided to keep his bathing suit on? How I wish I was on that beach right now and not here where it has been raining and raining. At least when it rains at CN you go to the bar or hot tub.

All I know is my husband and I love CN and really never pay attention to anyone but each other. Lots of great conversation and of course laugh at the few gawkers as they walk by. But far as we are concerned it is they that are uncomfortable. Thank you Couples for the AN at CN

After reading these boards I got up ther nerve to go to the AN at CSS..but wouldn't you know..some girl is topless and her dude has his trunks on.Security did nothing but the awesome bartender took care of it immediately when I said it made me uncomfortable.
The freaking main beach is topless already! And yes..I felt like a big tattletale ..but I had such a smile when they immediately left...smallminded little vacation police but whatever!

Don't feel like that at all - they were in the wrong - if someone can't abide by the rules than they have to leave

It happened to us on the island at CTI but the bartender was quick to take care of the issue before any of us had a chance to say anything

You should never feel bad about saying something when you feel uncomfortable!

    Glad you guys had fun!!
