Does CSA allow topless sunbathing? Do any women wear thong bikins?

CSA allows topless sunbathing on the beach but not around their pool areas. I'm pretty sure thong bikinis have been seen at CSA.

I would estimate that a little less than 55% of the guests are topless on the beach... almost all the men (some may have t-shirts on at various times) and somewhere from 1% to 5% of the women.

Topless is allowed. Thongs can be worn, but in the two years we were there, I didn't see many/any.
