Staff is clothed...but it seemed like they were so used to the nudes that they didn't give them a second thought.

BTW - It would seem to me that one would want the people working the bar and beach grill to be clothed.

Clothed. Wasn't an issue, except my wife was a little bothered when a male employee twice came over to our beach spot to talk to us (one time was to recruit people for the Jamaican history talk-- and can't remember why the other time). We were at the remote spot on the far right when you walk in that day. Generally it seems the men are comfortable with anyone, but the women appreciate another woman.

They are clothed, but there is no awkwardness at all. The bartender will be wearing the standard Couples uniform, and the Watersports team member who is taking care of the pool will have on swim trunks and T-shirt. The staff at the grill wear chef's clothing. You may also see the person from housekeeping when he or she cleans the restroom at SSB. Also when the entertainment/activities folks come over for trivia and other games they have on shorts and t-shirts too. It's all good.
