    Can you use your $350 spa credit for salon services (hair care, nail care, waxing)?

    I've used mine for manicure, pedicure, massage, and facials. Anything that the spa offers.

    Are you allowed to tip the spa staff? If so what other staff are you allowed to tip. My husband and I strongly believe in tipping for excellent services rendered but we dont want to get anyone in an awkward predicament.

    Yes, the spa staff are some of the few staff you can tip.

    No tipping of any Couples employees, you may tip the drivers, the cat cruise folks, and the spa employees, other than that, no tipping allowed.
