1 - 800 numbers

Dear Randymon

Couples website often quotes freephone 1 - 800 numbers for your US guests to call. We are unable to use these numbers if calling from the UK? Please can you advise what freephone numbers UK & European guests can use?

We stayed lst month @ CSS and on the telephone in the room it is printed that to reach your room from the US call an 800 number. I don't recall the number, but is there a charge for using that number. I spoke to some people in management and they were not to clear as to what the charge of if there was a charge.
Could someone please clarify that
