    Hey Everyone,
I just weighed in for March on wednesday. Down 9.5 pounds. Not bad for 27 days. That puts me at 21.5 and we leave on the 21st of March. I think the pounds get harder at this point. So 18 days and I just need 4 pounds to break into the 170's. I just need to push hard. Good luck everyone with your goals.

One of my Couples friends suggested that i weigh in on Fridays (I always did Monday). This way I won't be concerned with a pound or 2 on the weekend. It will be gone by the following Friday. I took her advise and I'm down 1 more for a total of 11 this week. Now this is only good if I lose at least another pound by next Friday but we do have to live a little.

Me too ..... I'd done WW online years ago & it worked great so went back to it Jan. 1 & am loving it even more this time with the changes. 20 pounds gone so far. YAY ME!! Love being able to eat whatever I want .... No rules on that as long as you don't go over your points .... Love that all the fruits & veggies don't even count points. Seems too easy that I sometimes get scared that I'm eating too much ...... HA HA. 50 minutes on the treadmill 5 X a week helps too. Congrats on your success .... Looks like you should lose that 10 pounds by the time you go by just doin' what you're doin'. Good Luck.

Okay, so I weighed in this morning, and I was up 0.6. So, that sucks. I think my weigh in day should be Friday too. LOL I was in much better shape then. Oh well, I saw the 120's for a fleeting moment. :O) I'm back on track for this week though. I need to lose 5.9 to meet my goal of 125, but I only have 10 days before I leave for CSA so it's probably not going to happen. Oh well, no worries mon! Congrats to everyone for doing so well. I love reading about everyone's results!!! :O)

Kristy...I know how you feel. I also was down in the low 130's Saturday morn. and on my way to hopefully seeing the 120's for this trip but celebrated way too much Saturday night with hubby over new job then needed way too many carbs on Sunday to continue soaking up what alcohol I took in Saturday night and was way up on Monday. Oh well, I guess I will have to settle for the mid to low 130 and be thankful for that. Honestly, I have not seen that weight since my honeymoon 15 years ago. I really can not complain and be happy with the accomplishments that I have made in the past year and a half. Plus, we ate out twice today and had dessert with both meals. Not helping the diet plan at all. So glad tomorrow is a new day!

Sorry for the way this is posting. I have tried putting it in columns using both word and excel and just can't get it to stay in columns when I copy and paste. If anyone has any other ideas of how to do it please let me know. I don't want to retype it every time.

I don't expect to have a good week next week because I will be away for a 3 day weekend celebrating our 25th anniversary but I am definitely going to join weight watchers next week.

We have been doing P90X. We're not doing the diet plan. I've been doing Weight Watchers, and my fiance' doesn't need to watch what he eats. Also, we don't do P90X religiously. We normally do it 3 to 4 times a week. Legs and Back is my favorite video! These videos will definitely kick your butt! LOL

Doesn't matter to me what it looks like Mobob, just REALLY APPRECIATE you posting it for all of us .... I would have no idea how to make it look any different & sure wouldn't want to retype each time .... That would be time consuming. All the info is there so it works for me.

Want to wish you a VERY HAPPY 25th ANNIVERSARY!!!! Enjoy your long weekend & the diet can wait a few days. CONGRATS to you & your hubby.

I LOVE Weight Watchers .... I do it online with no meetings ..... They even have an app for my phone so can always have it handy to figure points & keep track so I don't have to try to remember what I ate to add at the end of the day. So far it's working great since I started Jan. 1 .... Feel like there's actually hope that I'm going to see my goal weight. Good Luck to you!

Wow, it's been a coule of weeks since I've been on here. I didn't post last week because I missed my Weight Watchers weigh-in. I had a whirlwind trip out of town that totally derailed me. I weigh-in tomorrow for the first time in 2 weeks and I think I'm going to be up, but not by a whole lot. Even though I was only gone for 2 days I had a hard time getting back on track this week. Oh, and I quit smoking and now I'm sick. It kind of makes you want to eat all of the foods that are bad for you. Wish me luck tomorrow morning, and hopefully I can get back on track. These 70 pounds aren't going to lose themselves!!

What's important is that you get back on track like you're doing. :O) It's a lifestyle change, and it takes some getting use to. I know I still have bad moments, but when I fail, I chose to just forget it. Tomorrow is a new day! Take it one day at a time, and the pounds will go. Lots of luck to you!!! :O)

Update, lost 26 as of today. Goal is at least 52 so half way there. Weekend may be bad tough since we are having friends in for a visit and we tend to eat and drink too much when they visit!!!

MOBOB, you can't get it to post any better on here than what you are doing. I created this Excel spreadsheet if you want to use it and just post it each week. Only draw back would be if folks don't have Excel they would not be able to open it.

KCJen, first of all, congrats on quitting smoking!! That is the number one thing you can do for your health. Hope you feel better, soon.

Mobob, CONGRATS to you and the hubs on 25 yrs.! Enjoy your celebrations.

Hoping that now Lent is in full swing, my "giving ups" will also help with weight loss. Remains to be seen.
