Another 1 lb for me! I've lost 21 to date, and have a goal of 40 (maybe 50 depending on how I look and feel at 40) so over 1/2 of the way there! Been on the journey since August. J's lost motivation and not lost any weight, but it's amazing he hasn't gained any either![]()

Was hoping to be at my goal before summer clothes were out of the stores here in the midwest but at this rate, they'll be putting out fall & winter stuff before I get there ... Sorry everybody. I am having internet problems. Everything is running so slow that I can't post in this thread. It times me out and says try again later. If someone else would like to do it until I get my issues solved please go ahead. Cablevision has been here 3 times, I've replaced my router. I don't know what else to do. Grrrr very frustrating!
I think I'm getting ready to hit a plateau.I was up 0.4 this week. That does't seem so bad but I haven't lost more than 0.8 pounds in a week for over 4 weeks now. I had decided when I joined Weight Watchers in January that I wasn't going to start working out hardcore until I plateaued. I think I'm there, which sucks because I hate working out!

KCJen - I'm doing WW also .... If I don't workout, I don't lose weight no matter how little or what I eat .... Walking on the treadmill for 50 - 60 minutes 5X times per week & eating all my daily points & all my weekly points, & part of my activity points .... If I don't eat all my points, I don't lose weight either. Don't know how old you are but I'm 49 & it's gotten SO MUCH HARDER to lose weight as I've gotten older so working out is my only option .... HATE it also so I feel your pain. GOOD LUCK!!!!

Thanks Maxernie! I'm 30 and still having a rough go of it. In the last 4 weeks I've only lost a total of a pound and a half. I think it's time to get my sorry behind to the gym. I just HATE working out! Last week I eared a bunch of activity points, but it didn't really show up on the scale this week. I think it's time to start strenght training again instead of just doing cardio. Ugh!

No loss this week .... Think I'm on your plateau with you KCJen .... I can wear my smaller clothes again (even bought some new shorts & capris in size 8 .... YA Y .... Hoping to be back in my 6's by 4th of July) .... Think it sometimes takes the scales awhile to catch up with my smaller body .... LOL .... Anyway - That's my story & I'm stickin' to it .... Know these last 13 pounds are gonna be a struggle but will keep trying .... Really want that WW's Gold Star when I reach my goal.
