No loss again this week .... Should be sad but I'm not .... I had a HORRIBLE week of eating too much junk so was just hoping for no gain. Gotta get back to weighing & measuring what I eat & only eating at meal time except for fruit as a snack ...Will try harder this week so next week I'll have a loss to report.

I haven't posted in a while since I am stuck. Having been on vacation and this past holiday weekend has not helped. Maybe I can get back on track now. Hope everyone else is doing well. Keep up the good and HARD work.

I'm struggling here ... Stuck another week with no loss. Doubt this week is going to be much better because these first 3 days since weigh in Saturday have not been good on eating & no workouts at all ... Maintaining right now but still got 13 pounds to go to get that WW Gold star.

congrats on all your weight loss stuff! last year I was up to a size 12.. So I decided working out wasnt enough and talked my husband into chaging diet! and i two- three months I was down to a size 4! A year later I have maintined! it is about counting calories and exercise!! I have a program on my iphone called loose it and you can pretty much search anything you eat calories.. although on vacations i dont keep track because i know it will be over regardless with drinks lol.. I do exercise on vacations and breakfast i eat small amounts.. and lunch i either do salads or small amount.. dinner i eat what i want.. ad i exercise.. at gym daily.. and snorkeling helps burn some calories doing that.. I am also looking forward to some extra exercise walking on swa beach..

Just as well quit posting ... No loss AGAIN this week. Just glad no gain, though, because had a BAD eating week.

I've been MIA for awhile because the scale was stuck. BUT I had a big breakthrough the last 3 weeks of Insanity. Although I only lost 3 lbs the last 4 wks (all in the 1st week of the 2nd phase), I lost 2" on my waist and 1" on my hips in those 30 days, my love handles are shrinking, and my skinny jeans are getting loose. So, I'm going to try to focus less on the weight and more on measurements.
I completed the 60 days of Insanity, and am now moving on to Insanity/P90x/Turbo Fire hybrid. Insanity cardio 2x a week, P90x weights 3x a week, and TF the 3 weights days and mid-week. So, hoping to reach my goal! I have 16 weeks of the program (doing an extended version) and it will take me up to the weekend before we leave, so really hoping I can reach my weight loss (or inch loss) goals to look hot in a bikini!

I now weigh under 240 lbs. for the first time since I had a heart attack and quit smoking in Dec. 2007. At that time I weighed 233 lbs. I ate myself to 275 lbs, replacing smoking with food, leading up to Feb. 2010. Started at 275 lbs Feb. 2010. Was at 250lbs. Feb. 2011. I am at 240lbs. now. Some of that 240 lbs. is muscle as I have been a regular at the gym for 1 1/2 years now. Went to doctor last week for results of physical and stress test. He said I was better than average on everything he tested me for. He actually took me off some heart medication(plavix) that he said I would probably need for the rest of my life after my heart attack. Ran FIVE miles yesterday. Will run some more today. Who woulda thought?

Still stuck at -6... Will be trying a lot harder.
No loss this week ... Just glad I didn't gain ... After 6 months of this, the new has worn off & it's harder to fight temptation but I'm still plugging away & will vow to do better on the eating this week .... The treadmill & lots of yard work are helping to keep from gaining even when I'm eating too much.

Been on my weight loss plan since April 8th. Goal is to lose 64 lbs by December trip. So far have lost 39.2 lbs. Still to lose... 25 lbs.

Another 3 lbs gone. Definitely slow going! I've been replacing my fat with muscle, so I think that's the reason for the slow loss. Good job everyone - keep at it!
Haven't chimed in in a while...things have been moving at a snail's pace. But Im' down 19.2 out of 80 pounds as of Saturday morning. Almost a quarter of the way there!
