How far in advance will CSA take a reservation?

We booked 2 years in advance for our 2011 vacation. We had to call Couples directly to book the trip and they had to clear it with management that we would pay 2009 prices for a 2011 trip.

I'm not sure exactly, but I have read that some folks have booked for 2012 already. From checking the booking link over to the left of the page it looks like two years from "today's" date is the limit.

Did you have to put down a huge deposit? and did you get the room at 2009 rates? Do you have the entire time to pay off the room or was balance due 45 days before? This is interesting. It's a big chunk of cash outlay and paying over 2 yrs is def easier than trying to save.
