air conditioning in beachfront suites CN and CSA

Are the beachfront suites at CN and beachfront verandah suites at CSA air conditioned? I have read that they have plantation shutter and screens. Please advise?

Can't speak for CSA but the ones at CN are.

Have stayed in both and, yes, they are both air conditioned.

All rooms are air conditioned. For me it gets too cold sometimes and I end up turning it off and just using the ceiling fan.
