American Beer

I used to wonder about getting American beers in Jamaica too back when we first started going to Jamaica for vacations (hmmm...almost 30 years ago). I had tried Red Stripe at home and hated it. What I learned was that Red Stripe in Jamaica does not taste anything like what it usually does here in the U.S. I LOVE Red Stripe in JA, but can't stand it at home. Obviously you should drink what makes you happy on vacation. But if you are avoiding Red Stripe because you didn't like it at home I say give it a chance in Jamaica!
