It's not a "NO" but it is an extremely unsympathetic, unenthusiastic, incredibly remote possibly maybe. Don't hold your breath. But we'll talk soon.

LOL. Those were our feelings when we considered CTI for the first time. I just wanted to throw Negril on the table because we'd love for you two to join us. I know how much CTI means to you, and would never expect you to give up a single trip.

Ok -- I am not sure if I got this right -- last week I spoke with the 1800 # and asked specific questions about booking for 2011 travel (april) and this resort credit special promotion going on -- we do not want to miss out. that if I did go ahead & book the atrium room at CSA now and recieve the credit that what happens in 6 months if we decide we want to switch to another resort (IE: css or cn...) I was told as long as it was before the 45 day countdown and its available we would be able to do it and would the changes reflect the 500 resort credit - we would still get it for the 8 night booking.... we went ahead and booked - my question is were we informed properly??

    Default Rebooking--question for the experts

I have the same question as thomp. I'm happily paying $100 per month now for a November 2011 trip, but will inquire about this offer if it turns out better for me....but is it a new booking or does it just get adjusted?

    Default Changing Room category

We will be at CSA May 2010. We know we're going back Oct 2011 and would like to take advantage of the $500 credit. I'm hoping my husband will see after our second trip (May) that we don't really need a tv in the room. I really want to stay in the Atrium room. If I book that room by April 15, will I be allowed to upgrade if necessary and still keep the $500 credit after April 15th?

    R&cford,

As long as you make your room change before your final payment is due, you will be entitled to still receive the $500 credit.

Default Will I still be able to get the $500 credit if...

    Randymon,
I like to book with my TA and find better deals with them. That being said, I also like to go with a Charter because we can go non-stop. The problem is the Charters are not out yet for
    2011.
If I book the hotel only portion now, and later re-book with the Charter for the same resort and same dates, will I still get the $500 credit?
I can't wait to come home again...
    Thank you for your response

Ok - so we love the place (been twice this year) and are now looking at booking for one month in 2011 for February - we are flexible on the dates - leaving from Toronto, ON. We would prefer the Garden View Verandah Suite on the 1st level. Can you advise what the pricing would be for this. Also just want to make sure that this room area is closer to the Palms restaurant, as we prefer to be up near this end, as my husband goes diving daily and I am at the sports complex.

Thanks for the great promotion. Without need, I stressed out about being able to get it done before April 15th. It is a done deal now!! In 311 more days, we will be welcomed "home" at CTI. Can't wait!

I noticed that after u book the promotion, your confirmation email tell you everything except information about the resort credit. Since I booked so far in advance, will they know about the resort credit when we arrive? Also, on some threads it says that u can use the credit for offsite activities and on others it says that u can't. Which is correct?

Gary_and_Patti: Yes, The $500 credit may be used for anything you can charge to your room.

noopnoop: yes, based on you booking date and promotion code, if you booked your 2011 stay for at least 7 nights, we will know that you are entitled to the resort credit.

What about the jewelry shop at CSS?
