Somewhat confused with this offer. When going to register the up to $1000 off promotion for 7 nights is $2311, but the Wednesday special (code G308) comes up at 2838. so even with the $300 credit, it appears to be better to take the $1000 off promotion. What am I missing here?

Doesn't make any sense. The Wednesday special will cost more than the $1000 airfare credit if you book by April 24???
