Another Newbie question: about the pool at CTI...?

Are there hours that guests can and cannot use the pool? I was looking at some pics (in photo contest) and in all of the evening/night pics of the pool, the pool is unoccupied. My love and I would like to have some evening swim time, so I'm wondering about pool and/or beach/swim hours.

Only when the are cleaning the pool is it closed due to chemicals. The main pool is right br the patio & main bar so not very private. However there is still the swim up bar pool & Buddah pool at the spa you can use at night. I have seen swimmers at night in the main pool just not often.
