While DH is a common abbreviation for Dear (Darling) Husband, the wife is commonly abbreviated as B&C.

LOL, I didn't know what it was either.. from context, I figured out they were talking about their hubby.. I was thinking designated hitter, which in the right frame of mine, works.![]()
Can anyone help with this abbreviation? What does it mean when someone types "BumP"
For some reason I was unable to open JJ's gif - probably a good thing though! LOL You might also see DD (darlin daughter), DS (darlin son), etc... Or, somewhat less common, JJ = Jamaican Junkie![]()
"Bump" is an internet term used when one wants a thread to move to the top of a forum by giving it a new reply. "TTT" or "to the top" is the same.
Both are generally frowned on by netiquette sticklers and many forum moderators as they don't allow for impartiality and "forace" a thread up while someone else's gets pushed down.
jerzzgirl, here is one you'll see quite often, typically as bumper stickers or tattoos...
