Antipasto skewers

We went to a repeaters dinner during our weddingmoon in June @ CN and we had some antipasto skewer appetizers. They were delicious. Any clue how to get the recipe?

I realize that this advice is a little late for you, but when we were at CN, my wife simply asked the chef for a recipe and he provided it (along with several others). They don't seem to be secretive about their recipes at all. Just ask!
