I just want to say that the staff at Couples is amazing! We were having a few issues with our romance rewards account and that I was unsure of. I emailed and called Couples and Sean returned my call promptly and explained to me what everything meant. Let me just say that nothing was wrong with my account. LOL i just thought there was because i didn't understand a few things. So instead of him just thinking to himself, there's nothing wrong with the account, no need to call her back. But he didn't. He took the time out of his busy schedule and called me back to let me know about our account. AWESOME!

We got to meet him at Tower Isle last January. Great guy! He always took the time to talk to us when we had questions for him!
