RDYJMJM I agree totally! It is a wonderful selection along with Buffet and also "Toes" by the Zac Brown Band. They are all great when creating audio for videos/slideshows of Jamaica.

I'll second the notion of playing actual Jamaican music.
The fun Buffett and country beach songs are great when you're still at home longing for that getaway that never seems to come.
But why not live the culture when you're actually there! There's a ton of really great Jamaican artists out there that can really help you feel the vibe.
That is so true as well KrisJamie and have done that also. Nothing like the sound of the steel drum especially when it's being played at Couples! Those sounds remain in your head permantly! The sounds of Jamaica are all great but I love hearing the steel drums as night, during dinner. That just somehow sets the mood.
I love the live beach music. We always take a handful of one dollar bills to the beach with us each day just to tip the various groups.
