Booking massage with spa credit??

We booked our CSS trip (arrive in 6 days!!) when we could get the $350 spa credit. When I go online to book a massage at the CSS spa, payment is requested via credit card.

Is the credit card info. just to hold the spa reservation and is added to our room bill or is our credit card charged? I'm just wondering if we can book our massages or other spa treatments ahead of time if we are using our spa credit?

I am so excited I can hardly stand it!!

You can not book SPA credits on line, you have to do that at the resort.

You can not use the spa credit on-line. You will have to wait until you arrive at the resort. When you check in you will be given a letter for the credit to the spa and the one for the gift shop.

You cannot book complimentary SPA treatments in advance.
Spa bookings made on couples.com must be paid at the time the reservation is made and are non-refundable.

For “added-value” promotion you must first redeem your voucher at the guest relations desk and then schedule your appointment at the SPA.
