About LinkBacksI am having a hard time booking over the phone. Does anyone know if it is possible to book online and then call to upgrade the room later? Thanks for your help.

There should be the same availability on the website as they can give you over the phone. What type of trouble are you having?

You can book directly from the Couples website. Look at the lower left hand corner of your screen and you will see a box marked "check availability and pricing". Put your dates in and hotel you wish to stay at and it will take you to the booking engine.

Yes, I did it last year.
Called in, gave them my reservation number, told them what I wanted to do. Upgraded our room. The charged the difference on my card. All was GREAT as usual!!!

The phone system was down for awhile yesterday...I would try calling again.
