Buddah Pool at Spa

Just wondering if you can get in it. Do you have to be currently getting services at the Spa to use it? Same goes for the sauna?

My husband and I swam in the Buddha pool in the evening one night. It was refreshing after getting out of the hot tubs. We were not told we could not be in there. Being the only ones out there was really romantic.
