The bus ride to the resort is not really scary even though it's sometimes best if you don't watch the rode & leave that to your driver.

We've made the trip to Negril 8 times on the shuttle & the trip to Ocho Rios on the shuttle once plus several other times of being out & about on other excursions & it's VERY interesting to see how the Jamaican people live. You see a lot just on the bus ride to & from the airport. It's a little "wild" the first time but you get used to it. Scary .............. Well maybe a little but kind of like "roller coaster scary" ..................... It's definitely worth it.
