Cassava Terrace and room keys

Will be returning to CN in December. I cannot remember which nights at the Cassava Terrace are buffet and which ala carte? Also, are the room keys now cards or still the metal keys? Thanks

The buffets at CN are on Monday, Thursday and Saturday. All other days are ala carte at the Cassava Terrace. Nope, they still use metal keys
