catamaran cruise question

I know that there's no tipping on the resort, but what about doing the catamaran cruise? I know it's included, but I wasn't sure if those guys work for Couples or not. Are they like the guys driving the bus to/from the airport and even though it's included, they don't actually work for Couples?

The operators and crews of the Catamaran Cruise contractors are NOT Couples employees. You are correct in asking, and they can (and should) be tipped per your discretion.
