Catamaran Cruise and Scuba Diving

We want to do a day trip with some friends that are staying at another resort, but we do not want to miss the catamaran at Couples Negril. I can't remember what days the catamaran cruise are on? Can someone please help? Also, I can't remember how Scuba Diving works-is it just Monday-Friday and can we sign up on Sunday when we get there?

Cat Cruise is Mon, Tues, Thurs, Sat

Diving is 1-tank dive at both 9a and 1p, Sun-Fri. Sat morning at 9a is 2-tank dive.

Even if you do the afternoon dives, you are still back in time for the cat cruise.
