I was on another website and found a rate for my trip about $250 cheaper then what I got. My question is will Couples match this rate? Will I still get my $500 resort credit if I get the cheaper rate?

If you can get a quote that you can prove to Couples the price, they will adjust it. I'm not sure, but I don't think you will loose your credits. You can always call and find out.
Okay, I called and spoke with Nicole. She said that Couples does not price match and other offers. That I was more than welcome to cancel my reservations with them and book with the other company for the cheaper rate. That's what she said word for word.
