Unfortunately no . Also, the smoking lounge in the regular section of the airport was still closed when we went through in January. It's a terrible airport for smokers now.

I did not see a designated smoking area in the Club Mobay Lounge when we were there in December. You may have to ask if there is a general smoking area for the airport.

You can just go to the smoking bar on the left headed towards the departure gates.

There is a bar/pub near the lounge (walking towards the lounge it is on your left) you can go in and buy a drink and you can smoke in there. It has always been that way and still was as of last summer.
