They guide you through the process, but are not allowed to take your bags for you. At best they may grab your bags off the baggage claim but I believe rules dictate that they are not allowed to take them through customs. So tipping by the bag doesn't really apply. I gave the young lady a $5 tip total. I am not sure if it was fair or not??? But that is what I tipped for the guiding the 2 of through.

If you are using it for departure, you won't have anything but your carry-on bags with you. Tip for the drinks just as you would at home. We waited til we were ready to leave and left one big tip vs. each beverage.

If for arrival- I would say the usual couple bucks a bag.
