CN Breakfast Question

A friend and I will be playing golf a lot of mornings during our stay next week. We are planning to take the shuttle from the resort (8 AM it says). Is there actually time to have breakfast before boarding the 8AM bus to Negril Hills for golf?

Yes.
Cassava breakfast buffet opens at 7:30AM (occasionally they are slightly late but you should have time).
A more limited "continental" breakfast is available there from 5:30AM.
Continental Breakfast Room Service is available from 6:30AM.

A continental breakfast is available in the Cassava Terrace beginning at 5:30 a.m., and full breakfast service begins at 7:30 a.m. If you eat quickly, you can eat breakfast before leaving for the golf course at 8 a.m.
