About LinkBacksWe have been to CN 3 times and I absolutely love the omelets!!! I always forget to ask - what do they use in the pans when cooking them? Is it a certain type of oil, butter, or a mixture of some kind? Thanks for your help!

O.K. - I think I should have spelled it "omelette"? Spell check told me differently!!!

I would venture to say that it is olive oil that is used.

RDYJMJM - I thought it was probably olive oil so that's what I've used ever since we first went to CN in 2007. But - as we all know - it DOES NOT taste the same!!! Thanks for responding! Guess I need to make reservations for 2010 so I can figure it out!
