Oh - and be thankful you left on the 24th and missed the salt&pepper gal.

For those that feel the need to congregate/grouple at the pool bar or elsewhere and partAA to the top of your lungs - yes we can hear you. Sure, you are on vacation and can do as you please, but in case you are even mildly, slightly concerned about others, yes your voice carries and we can hear your from just about anywhere on the beach. She was a beaut.

I had to laugh. I think jackassery is hit or miss. Luckily, we missed it this trip. Sorry you didn't. Next time.

We were also @ CN in November for the 3rd time and had to wait on our room for over 3 hours. We have never had that happen before. Sure it was a little disappointing BUT there is more to the resort than the room! They were kind enough to let us store our carry on luggage in the office until our room was ready. We walked the resort and grabbed a bite to eat. Also I might mention that after we ate we were going down the steps from the lobby toward the Lychee restaurant...."somehow" (no alcohol intake yet) I missed the bottom step and fell. I severely sprained my ankle. I want to praise all the staff that attended to me. It was like I was Queen for the day! From the nurse, resident doctor, kitchen staff, maintenance workers....they were sincerely wonderful. We were right at the Internet Cafe so they took me into the room and I sat on the chaise lounger...with a bag of ice on my foot within 2 minutes of the accident. They were all worried I had slipped on something but I assured them it was of my clumsiness and excitement to see the Lychee that we didnt see in 2007. Of course I was a little angry thinking that if our room would have been ready this wouldnt have happened but it was meant to happen for some reason? With all the frustration aside...We were STILL greeted with the cold towels, sparkling champagne, and big smiles from Herbert...Franklin...Patrick...We met a wonderful couple on the ride to Negril, Ken and Melanie that have become our great friends. So far from home and we meet a couple that lives 45 minutes away from us back home! We had just met them and they offered to let us use their room to freshen up. With all this said, it would be nice to have the check-ins more smoothly again but look past this and know that a week of paradise is ahead!!!

When in September? Kevin and I will be there with my sister Kathleen and her husband Damian (their 2nd trip to Couples, 1st to CN) for five nights beginning on Friday, September 17, 2010.
