Anyone out there have the ingredients for the "Dilema" they serve at the beach?

Yep! Though I'm not sure of the measurements...but you can have fun experimenting!

Light rum
Coconut rum
Papaya
Coconut cream
milk
simple syrup

i thought there was banana in there too?

This is the recipe from the drink menu at the bar, but it's definitely possible the bartener added banana or put their own twist to it.

I make my version that tastes pretty much the same and is much easier. In a blender put equal parts of fresh very ripe papaya and coco lopez then as much rum as you like fill with ice blend and YUM!
