Confused about Nude Beach

I am looking into Tower Isle for our honeymoon. Where at Tower Isle are you allowed to be nude? Is it just the private island or can you be topless on the regular beach? Any clarification would be great. Thank you!

Tower Isle has a private island in the cove that is AN. The east side of the island and tower, right when you get off the boat, is very private where you are left alone. A good place to start. The west side, left when you get off the boat has a pool and swim up bar that is more active. By active I mean couples are talking to each other as the cool off in the pool and drink red stripes and other drinks. They have a bathroom in the tower.

Topless is allowed at the end of the pier. You can get drinks from the new swim up bay/pool near the beginning of the pier.

Enclosed is a picture of the island (2009) and the pier (2007). The pier is the same in 2009 except it has been refinished and has new chairs.
