Cook at CN??

My wife and I were at CN from May 26 - June 2...the first day we arrived there was a cook at the beach grill late in the afternoon that cooked us a great meal even though they were already closed so they could get ready for the evening meal...

for the last two days i have tried to recall his name with no luck...i know his name starts with a "G" and I know it may be a long shot but if anyone could help me figure this out it would be greatly appreciated... Thanks in advance

Glasford was there when we were there. He was a sweetheart and prepared my food anyway I wanted with a smile.

Glasford is the best! He always remembers my name from year to year and always has a smile. When you look in the kitchen and think about the heat and someone is always smiling and kind- like Glasford is, you wish there was somthing you could do for them(tip). But I always make sure I fill out my comment card and mention names, I have started taking a pen and small paper to write names so I don't forget anyone. Yay Glasford!!!!
