Couples Promo Emails HELP

I signed up on the couples site last mnth but I'm not receiving any promo emails. Can someone help me. I dont want to miss good offers as I'm looking to book my next trip to CSA for Nov. Thanks

I am not receing them either even though Randy emailed me directly and assured me I was on the list. Not going to argue, but I still don't get them.

I have not received my Wednesday special e mails in over a year. I check my spam folder etc and it is just not anywhere to be found.

Luckily I usually remember to log on at least once a day at some point. Apparently there is something wrong somewhere.
