Cruise ships schedule - Dunn's river Falls

Yippee! We're planning a trip back to beloved Jamiaca. We're thinking this time we may try CTI (we're diehard CSA fans). i remember somebody once posted here the cruise ship schedule (days NOT to plan your dunn's river excursion). Any help? Also, what/where are meal choices for breakfast and lunch? One more query - is there shade on the beach? Any tips anyone can send will be appreciated. Soon to be a "Jamarican" again.
