You can tell the range of room numbers for each building. For instance, Building #13 are Ocean Verandahs and the numbers range from 4109 to 4312. I haven't seen anything more specific than that.
The OVS are in Buildings 12-13-14-15
The GVS are behind those and the BVS are in fron of those, along the beach path
