CSA and CN completely booked during April?

I'm trying to book for a week at one of those resorts during April but every time I try, it says they're completely booked. Is this possible, or is it a glitch with the site?

We have 9 nights in April booked at CSA and we wanted to move it up a week or two but a few weeks ago when we tried everything was booked. I even called to confirm. I think April is so popular because high season rates come down, but rainy season didnt start yet.

It might be booked up on the couples web site. Try a travel agent because tour companies have space set a side.

I agree. Try a TA because last April some friends wanted to come with us but the website said they were booked so I gave them our travel agent info and she was able to get them a room.
