CSA - food allergy questions

My wife and I will be staying at CSA in April and was just wondering if anyone with Celiac disease (allergic to Gluten) has stayed here before. If so please let me know how good they are with this food allergy because my wife has the disease. It says on the website that they cater to this but would love to hear it from someone who's been there and experienced it.

I have dietary needs. When I arrived @ CSA I was directed to the Food and Beverage manager. He sent a memo to each head chef of each restaurant. Before each meal the head chef met with me and planned my meals based on what they were serving. They then had my meals prepared using what they were serving and what I could and could not eat.
They will do what they have to do to make sure you have what to eat

Thanks so much for the reply, this sets my mind at ease a lot more. We were recently in contact with the resort via email and they told us what we need to do and what they will do for us. VERY accommodating.
