    Default CSA fun survey

OK gang, great response on the CN survey. Here goes: Besides the staff, what is the thing you love best about CSA? Wondering which one has the most loyal fans. Thanks gang!

The beach, and everything that entails - lounging, floating and the beach bars/drinks.

I love how sprawled out CSA is and the Atrium room. DH loves how well the resort fit in with the surrondings.

    Cabana Grill's onion rings!
Co-winners are: sweet potato chips, Purple Rain drink, tree frogs, and that beautiful tropical aroma of something that I could detect at night - - it must be some sort of flower, but I smelled all of the ones I could see (and got pollen stuck on my face!) and couldn't figure out where it came from!
And the Blue Mountain coffee in Feathers!

The fact that we feel so welcome and that we belong. I never feel my age at Swept Away. It is a magical place.

I just booked trip #4 to CSA. I was tempted to try another Couples but after checking them all out the main reason I chose not to stray is the food! There are so many choices, all of them divine!
Also, the spa is amazing. Just walking through the door transforms me. It's a magical place.
And the giant verandas. And the beach. And the grounds.
Basically, I love it so much that I just know I'd spend my vacation at any other resort wishing I was "home".

OMG - DianaD you TOTALLY hit the target with the smell of the evening air. That's something I so look forward to, and it's something that is now in my brain....I also love the smell of my clothes when I open the suitcase....no, not my gym clothes, but the "non-smelly" clothes that still have the scent of the resort - beach, sun, suntan lotion, and that indescribable evening aroma.....Ahhhhh....If Couples could package that, I'd pay wwhatever it took!!

    OK - enough.....back to reality....

Am I insane to want to buy it here for like $40 a pound? Amazon.com has the real Wallenford stuff and I'm sure I can get the other certified brands too on the net. My niece from Paris is visiting next week - she's an expert at French press and I'm going to get her to teach me how to do it! Now - if only I could find Sangster's rum cream .....

Not totally insane..... just slightly. and if you only use it for special occasions, IMHO, it's OK. The trick to the French Press is to not pour the water over the grounds while it's boiling, or you burn the coffee. Let it cool just slightly, so it's ALMOST boiling and then pour the water. Also, you want the grind slightly coarser than for a drip pot so it doesn't filter through the mesh in the press. Let it sit for a few minutes (5-10 depending on how strong you like it) and then press down SLOWLY.

    Seriously, I'm drooling.

    Can't say just one thing....

Seagrapes, Hummingbird drink, Patois pizzas, Ultimate Chocolate singalong, SPA, snorkeling, breakfast at the Palm's, and the list goes on.
