CSA piano bar - what time does it open??

Does any one know what time the "piano bar" above Patios restaurant opens in the evening?? i.e. what time does a bartender arrive????? Thanks in advance for your help!

9 pm is when Ultimate plays. on the activities list it is shown as Blazing Piano. Randy

There is generally a barkeep available up there by about 8 or 8:30, I seem to recall.
