    Default CSA Spin Class - Cleat options?

    Does anyone know what shoe cleat options are available at the CSA spin bike room/classes?

    I have a few different shoes that I could bring, but there isn't any info on the website about this and I trust you guys more than the resort hosts. Thanks!

    Not so sure about this, but I would bring the shoes you use in your spin class at home. The ones I used worked perfectly. Hope this helps.

    When I was there in February - I'm certain they were a spd/look combo

    mweber is correct. They are SPD clips. I bring my shoes.
