CSA vs CTI

Well, we just returned from CTI. Having been to CN and CSA, CTI does not compare. The staff, resort, food, and beach are much at CSA and CN.

We are CSA aficionados who tried CTI last year.

We didn't like it. We LOVED it.

The beach is definitely different..but in the end that was not as huge a concern as we sometimes imagine it could be.

We were really pleasantly surprised by CTI (and Ochos Rios). The staff and resort were great. Especially the staff. The food seemed to be Chef Spath all the way, and thus was very similar in taste and quality to CSA. In fact I thought the buffets had a slight edge over the ones at CSA as far as quality. I will happily go back to CTI in the future. It's a great place.

That's why they are referred to a boutique resorts. Each offers something to appeal to different clientele. We prefer CTI for it's private beach and quiet atmosphere.

Interesting. We just returned from a split trip at both CTI and CN. And CTI held its own quite nicely.
