    Default CSA-We are here!!

OK we just arrived late this afternoon and are very tired. We are attempting to make a few adjustments regarding our room. We are currently in the GHVS and are looking at a neighboring property and don't feel like we are part of the resort. In fact the view is pretty unsightful. We loved the GHVS rm 5206 from last year but that's taken up for a few more days. We are working on it. It just dosen't feel like we are at CSA. The staff is wonderful.

We at at Patios Patio and wonder..where is the Jamaican food?? We had pasta and a seafood dish. My husband is disappointed tonight. The Palms seemed to offer more of the native cusine. Perhaps breakfast will be better. We haven't unpacked yet because we will have to wait until the room change. Can't wait to settle in.

Off to an average start. With all of the adjustments we haven't made it over to see the construction on the palms but I will update you all in another thread.

Hi Mrs G! Never fear. CSA folks will take care of you and this issue. We stayed in the GHVS(once)due to lack of atriums available, and were assigned one of these suites over looking Barry's Bar & property. Totally unhappy for the same reasons you express here, we asked to be moved and were the next day. Still in the GH, but with a 3rd floor room and view inside CSA's property. Way better!!! Have an awesome vacation. I'll keep my eyes peeled for more updates from you and a virtual visit home (until it's our turn Nov 27th). If you happen to see Elvis tell him Wendy & Sal say hi!!! Razzl

    Mrs G,
I'm sorry to hear your first evening wasn't all that you wanted it to be. I'm sure the rest of your time at CSA will be wonderful!
Please have a drink for me ;-)
    Cheers,
    Terri

Just wondering, because I'll be staying in one of the GHVS in a few weeks, what type of view do you have from room 5206? This will be our first time visiting CSA and we're looking forward to it. Although we don't plan to be in our room much, I certainly don't want to spend our time there looking at a neighboring property. Just wondering what type of view you have from room 5206 so that I can perhaps request that room or one that provides a similiar view. Thanks

Default Settled into our new room -GHVS

OK we have moved to a new room and have an excellent view of the ocean and can actually hear the waves. I would suggest anyone choosing a GHVS stay in an room ending in 05 or 06. These rooms face the ocean.

Roger that Mrs G. I'm so happy you've been moved(knew you would)! Now, get out there and enjoy your holiday! How's the weather? Any other nuggets you'd care to share as you're there and we're not, are most welcome!! Oh, 1 more thing... have a rum punch for me! Razzl

    Default GHVS room

Call the resort to see if they can coordinate one of the room that I recommended. They are willing to make arrangements with ample notice.

Hah, this is funny, we actually stayed in 5206 last time we were there. I love the GHVS rooms, having internet access in your room is great.
