CSS - Beachfront Suite Request?

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie to the Couples family, and my husband and I are so excited to visit Couples San Souci for our honeymoon later this year!

I have a question about the beachfront suites. We have our beachfront suite booked, and I noticed that this could be on the ground floor or elevated. Is there a way to request that we have a ground floor beachfront suite?

Request it when you arrive and they will do their best to accommodate you.

All you can do is ask them at check in. We have always requested an upper floor at check in and they were always able to accommodate us.
It's all about availability at the time you check in. Obviously, we were lucky but Couples does a great job pleasing the guest's. If a ground floor room is available, I'm sure they will grant your wish.
